• Visit the General Department of Traffic website.
• Select “Driving License E-Services” from the left-hand menu.
• Click on “Create a New Account”, If you’re using the portal for the first time.
• Complete the registration process and confirm your account.
• Go back to the login page, enter your Civil ID and password.
• Click Sign In.
• Choose “Driving License Renewal”.
• Fill in all required information and upload a recent photo.
• Upload your digital signature.
• Read the displayed notification, and click OK.
• Agree to the data accuracy pledge.
• Click Submit Request.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Clicking on the Pay button.
• Complete the online payment.

Kuwait Driving License Renewal via MOI App

Driving license renewal in Kuwait can now be completed easily by the official MOI mobile application:

• Download the MOI Kuwait App.
• Log in or create a new account by Using your Civil ID and other required detail.
• Select the “Driving License Services” option.
• Select the “Renew Driving License” service.
• Upload Required Documents:
  • A copy of your Civil ID.
  • A recent passport-sized photograph.
  • Any additional documents as specified by the app.
• Pay the Renewal Fee using the available payment methods within the app.
• Upon successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation.
• Your renewed driving license will be available digitally within the app’s.

Kuwait Driving License Renewal via Sahel App

Renewing your driving license via the Sahel app is quick. Just follow these steps:

• Download the Sahel App from.
• Open the app.
• Enter your Civil ID number.
• Complete the verification process.
• Click Log in.
• Approve the authentication request.
• Go to Services from the bottom menu.
• Select Ministry of Interior.
• Choose Traffic Services.
• Choose Driving License Services.
• Tap Apply for a Request.
• Select Renew Driving License.
• Click Next, select your license.
• Upload the required data and documents.
• Complete the payment to finalize the renewal process.
