How to Change Passport Number in Civil ID

To update new passport number in Civil ID, follow the steps outlined below:

• Go to the Individual E-Services Platform.
• Log In by Using Civil ID number and credentials to log in.
• Click on the option to update the resident’s passport data from the table.
• Fill in your Civil ID number, new passport number, issue date, and expiry date.
• Upload a scanned copy of your new passport in JPG or PDF format.
• Review the information and click Submit.
• Save the Reference Number.
• Wait for PACI to Update the Civil ID Data.
• After the Ministry of Interior approves the passport update, the information will automatically sync with the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI).
