How to Check MOI Kuwait Traffic Fines for GCC Vehicles
Can easily check traffic fines for GCC-registered vehicles in Kuwait, by following these steps:
- Visit the Gulf Vehicle Fines Payment page.
- From the drop-down menu, select the Gulf country where the vehicle is registered: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, or United Arab Emirates.
- Fill in the required fields with the vehicle information:
- Enter the vehicle plate number in the designated box.
- Enter the plate letters (alphabets) in the appropriate field.
- Click on the “Enquire” Button.
- The system will display any traffic violations recorded against the Gulf vehicle.

How to Check Traffic Fines via Sahel App
- Download and Open the Sahel App:
- Available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
- Log in using your civil ID and MyGov (Kuwait Mobile ID) credentials.
- From the main menu, scroll down or use the search bar to find Ministry of Interior. tap to open the services.
- Click on “Traffic Services“.
- Click on “Traffic Violations Services“.
- Go to “Traffic Violations Inquiry“.
- Click on “Continue“.
- Enter Civil ID or unified number.’
- Click on “Inquire“.
- A list of your current and unpaid traffic violations will appear.
